Energy Wellness 102 Workshop
This beautiful next-level workshop is for those who feel called to deepen their connection to energy work and gently begin stepping into the path of offering healing to others. If you have completed Energy Wellness 101 or already have some experience with energy work, this class is a natural and powerful next step.
Energy Wellness 102 is a continuation of the foundation built in Energy Wellness 101, guiding you into a more intimate and meaningful understanding of the energy body. In this workshop, you will deepen your awareness, strengthen your intuition, and learn how to lovingly support balance and healing in others.

This workshop is hands-on, heart-centered, and designed to help you build confidence in your gifts within a supportive and nurturing space. You will not only deepen your knowledge, but also gain practical experience in learning how to work with the energy of others in a grounded, intuitive, and compassionate way.
By the end of the day, you will leave feeling more empowered, more connected to your own inner knowing, and more prepared to begin offering this healing work to others.
Prerequisite: Energy Wellness 101 or previous energy work experience.
REIKI CERTIFICATION
Reiki is holistic; it works on the body mind and spirit by stimulating a person’s own natural healing abilities throught he laying on of hands. The blocked emotional and physical elements that lead to illness and disease are cleared. Reiki is neither positive nor negative; it is in fact the highest and most profound vibration of life. Divine in origin, it allows us all to become one with all things alive in our world. Reiki is pure unconditional love and joy bringing all who experience and embrace its principles.
The techniques associated with Reiki are simple and easy to learn. People of all ages (childern too) can incorporate this ancient form of healing into their lives. Regular practice with Reiki can bring the recipients mind, body and spirit into balance. It can help prevent future creation of illness and disease.
Attunement is what makes Reiki unique from other forms of healing touch / energy work and is performed by the reiki master during each level to open and expand the main energy channels of the student's body, allowing universal energy, also known as Qi/Chi/Ki, to flow more freely and deeply through them. It clears blockages in the body and can lead to significant energy changes within the individual. Many will undergo an intense period of self-growth following their attunements. You can think of the attunement process like a transfer of energy: The teacher is passing energy off to the student, who will then possess it for life.
Reiki level 1
Private certification dates
Level 1 is a learners initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows through the top of the head and down to the heart and hands. Many Reiki masters emphasize self-reiki as the goal of the Level 1, encouraging students to focus on practicing reiki on themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles. The Level 1 course teaches you the history of Reiki, the Reiki principles as well as how to give yourself and others Reiki.
After the first attunement, many experience physical symptoms of energy in their palms—including tingling, coolness, or heat.
Due to the intensity of the attunement process it is recommended that at least 21 days pass between receiving the Level 1 and Level 2 attunements. This 21 day period is yours to work with this new energy and begin to feel how it is satrting to help inhance you mind, body and spirit.
Reiki level 2
Group workshop

(level 1 is required to take level 2, from me or any other Reiki class)
Level 2 gives students the skills to practice reiki on others and open energy channels more deeply. Students also receive their Reiki symbols during this level. There are three symbols you will be attunded with and each one corresponds to a specific energy (power, emotional and distance). Think of these symbols as keys which open doors to higher and deeper levels of awareness and manifestation.
Students are expected to learn and use these symbols to bring the universal energy of reiki into their everyday lives.
The symbols can also help people provide reiki over long distances or send healing energy wherever it may be needed in the world.
After taking level 2 you will be able to preform Reiki as a service to others or just continue using it to enhance your life and the people around you.
